SPEAKING
I’ve logged 83,000+ miles speaking at the world’s leading conferences, companies, and creator summits, from Harvard to HubSpot to Marketing Brew. That’s a lot of carry-on outfits, but more importantly: a lot of real conversations. One session ended with a 90-minute line of people waiting to chat. (Apparently, I hit a nerve. In a good way.)
Both virtually and in-person, I speak on influencer marketing & the creator economy, modern leadership, imposter syndrome, and the not-so-glamorous parts of entrepreneurship. My audiences range from CMOs and startup founders to small business owners and creative professionals.
Some talks are tactical.
Some are motivational.
But they’re always intentional.
I don’t speak just to fill a slot on your agenda.
I speak to challenge outdated thinking, name what people are actually feeling, and offer strategies, tactics, and resources they can apply as soon as they leave the room.
Most Requested Topics
Here’s what I’m often asked to speak about. But if you’ve got something else in mind, let’s talk! I love a good curveball, especially if it leads to a sharper conversation.

Everyone is chasing virality. I’m more interested in what drives trust, relevance, and results. I break down how smart brands are partnering with creators to drive growth and what B2B and B2C teams keep getting wrong (and right). And I’ll show you how to stop treating creators like an ad platform and start treating them like the strategic partners they are.
-
No performative vulnerability or productive hacks. I break down what leadership actually looks like now, especially for first-time founders, executives, and first-generation professionals that weren’t handed a playbook.
I cover the shifts in how we lead, hire, communicate, and build trust across distributed teams.

Most people think building a personal brand means being everywhere, all the time. It doesn’t. This talk breaks down how to use your voice, expertise, and online presence to drive real opportunities — whether that’s new clients, speaking gigs, leadership roles, or business growth. We’ll cover how to figure out what you want to be known for, how to show up consistently (without burning out), and how to turn visibility into leverage.

Ambition isn’t the problem. It’s the way we’ve been told to chase it. This session offers a grounded, tactical approach to scaling your work, impact, and creativity without burning out. I’ll share the systems, boundaries, and mindset shifts that help high-performers keep growing and stay grounded. No self-abandonment or burnout required.

“Professionalism” has long been code for palatable, passive, and easy to manage. This talk is for the ones who’ve been told they’re too bold, too direct, too much — and still showed up and delivered.
I break down where our definition of professionalism came from, who they were built for, and how to lead, grow, and advocate for yourself without shrinking to fit the mold.
